Our company has been in the Houston payroll and accounting system support business for over 35 years. Presently, we are servicing over 30 small businesses in East Texas. We have clients in Waco, Lufkin, Houston, Fort Worth, Pasadena, Clear Lake and Baytown. We also provide tax preparation in Houston as well as other Houston tax services. We provide quick turnaround (typically 1-2 days) payroll service for businesses requiring weekly payroll service.

We use state of the art payroll software. We can also host Quickbooks and Peachtree Accounting packages for your company’s exclusive use. We pioneered the use of payroll software applications. We maintain a state of the art cloud based server that has triple redundancy built in to the server itself. As added protection we perform nightly off-site backups of all payroll data.

TTI uses custom laser checks in all popular colors and formats. We can incorporate logos into the check design as well.

Our payroll service includes:

Paycheck delivery in the Houston Area.

Mail paychecks to those businesses outside Houston Area. (Overnight service available for an additional charge)

Weekly payment of the Federal Income and Social Security Taxes.

Quarterly filing of the 941s.

Provide Yearly W2s

Schedule Texas Unemployment Quarterly report payments.

Provide monthly Sales Tax documents.

Provide Franchise Tax documents

We provide 1 to 2 day turnaround from time sheet submission to paycheck delivery.

We are fluent in English and Spanish

Typically we close weekly payrolls on Sunday and generate paychecks on Monday and Tuesday. Checks are available for pickup or delivery. Local delivery is possible in the Houston Metro Area. All our clients outside the Houston Metro Area have elected for paycheck delivery via first class mail. Special delivery arrangements can be made. We then make weekly payroll tax payment to the IRS. We provide income tax service at an additional charge.

We not only provide the required 941s and W2s but as an added bonus we provide Monthly state sales tax form, and TABC form as well as Yearly Franchise Tax Form submission.
